Accident Hospitalization Plan – Is offered to individuals 6 months old to Age 69.
Pays benefits:

  • If confined in a hospital overnight as an inpatient.
  • If intensive care is required.
  • For recovery income following confinement in a hospital overnight as an inpatient.
  • For outpatient surgery recovery or fracture if not hospitalized.

Disability Accident Plan – Is offered to individuals ages 16 to 69.
Pays benefits for:

  • Total and partial disability.
  • Optional return of premium benefit.
  • The longer you keep your policy in force, the more valuable it becomes.

Accident Outpatient Policy – Is offered to individuals 6 months old to Age 69.
Pays benefits for:

  • Major or minor outpatient surgery.
  • Accidental death.
  • Accidental dismemberment.
  • Ambulance service.
  • Physical therapy by a licensed physical therapist according to a plan prescribed by your physician.
