The best way to ensure immediate access to your benefits is to provide Combined with your most current information. If you have recently married, divorced, had a baby, changed jobs or moved, please let us know of these changes.

Depending on your needs, please pick from the following options:

• Change of address
• Change of beneficiary
• Change of ownership
• Change your bank information (for those customers paying monthly through their chequing account)
