Outside College and University Courses

We support personal and professional growth through outside education. Should you choose to, you'll receive reimbursement for job-related courses and degree programs.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

The Tuition Reimbursement Program provides employees with financial support to pursue courses that are job-related to improve their skills and/or enhance their potential for career advancement within the company.

Company-Sponsored Training Program

Combined Insurance encourages employees to become educated in the insurance industry and the company’s business by offering industry recognized courses and accreditation. Company-sponsored training programs include; International Claims Association (ICA), Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and the Associate, Customer Service (ACS) program.
