Make sure it is accepted in your province. These CE sessions do not
apply to the province of Quebec. A list of available courses can be
found here.
The training reference document –in PDF file- can be printed
or saved on your computer.
Order the questionnaire to be used for the session. Email your request
to: liz.vaz@ca.combined.com and rod.lewis@ca.combined.com
Complete the questionnaire and email or mail the responses to Liz
Vaz and Rod Lewis at our head office. Note that a fax copy is not accepted.
