Position: Business Analyst/Network Administrator
Status: Full Time, Employee
Job Location: Markham , ON
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Maintain LAN servers and infrastructure
- Provide system Support for end users, Senior Management ( both internal and remote locations across Canada )
- Troubleshoot E-mail, Internet and Network Issues
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and data communications problems
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Mac applications and operating systems is desirable
- Proficiency in all Windows operating systems
- Requires attention to detail in analysis/design and problem resolution
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete projects on time
- Excellent communications (verbal and written) and excellent problem solving skills
- Microsoft certification is an asset
